We are very careful to cultivate the best grapes to make the best wines

We practice organic cultivation based on observation, prevention and respect for natural balances.

In winter, organic compost is brought to our vines. Associated with tillage, it helps promote life in our soils.

Our team rigorously practices long pruning and severe disbudding in order to select, from the start of the vines’ vegetative cycle, a limited quantity of buds.
Consequently, the training will be airy and the yield limited; a guarantee of the quality and excellence of our wine.
